Drivers
- Over 22 years old
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Possess a valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- No more than 1 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the last 3 years
- Must be a US Citizen or have legal resident status
Sales Representative
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Cold call hot leads
- Maintain lead records and attend weekly sales meeting
- Meet sales goals
- Additional tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
- High level of professionalism in-keeping with company standards
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to operate Word, Excel and E-mail
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- Ability to communicate with associates and clients
- Accurately complete all documentation
- Closing experience in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals in previous employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling power sweeping services
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience with facility and property managers

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly base salary; Generous Commission, Great Bonus Plan
